Ingrid Hibbard, LL.B.

President & Chief Executive Officer, Director

Ingrid Hibbard was appointed President and CEO of Pelangio Mines (Pelangio Exploration’s predecessor) in 1996. She is a mining and securities lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Previously, she was in private practice having clients ranging from junior explorers to major mining companies such as Noranda Mines and Hemlo Gold Mines. Ms. Hibbard is a director of Detour Gold.

Peter Crossgrove, M.B.A.

Director, President & Chief Executive Officer of Excellon Resources

Mr. Crossgrove was appointed to the Board of Pelangio Mines in December 2007. Prior to January 1993, he was Vice Chairman and Acting CEO of Placer Dome Inc. He is Non-Executive Co-Chairman of Detour Gold and sits on the boards of  Lake Shore Gold, Excellon Resources, Nordex Explosives, Blue Goose Cattle Company and Dundee REIT and several non-profit organizations.

Thor Eaton

Director

Mr. Eaton is a highly regarded, well known Canadian businessman and philanthropist. Mr. Eaton serves as President of Notae Investments Limited since January 1998 and he has sat on the boards of a number of publicly traded companies in the mining sector. Mr. Eaton created the Thor E. and Nicole Eaton Family Charitable Foundation, in June 1999 which contributes to the livelihood of hospitals, environmental groups and Canadian cultural institutions, such as the Royal Ontario Museum, St. Michael's Hospital, the National Ballet of Canada and the Atlantic Salmon Association. He has been a director of Excellon Resources Inc. since August 2011 and joined the board of Nordex Explosives Ltd. in June 2012.

David Mosher, (B.A. (Geo))

Director

Mr. Mosher was appointed to the Board of Pelangio Mines in October 2003. Mr. Mosher was President and CEO of High River Gold from June 1992 until December 2008. Over the past decade, he has been active in the restructuring and refinancing of a number of junior resource companies, both private and public.

Carl Nurmi, C.A.

Director, President, Clarke Phillips Supply

Mr. Nurmi was appointed to the Board of Pelangio Mines in March 1994. Mr. Nurmi is the owner and President of Clarke Phillips Supply, the largest distributor of safety supplies in Northern Ontario.

Philip E. Olson, P.Geo

Director

Mr. Olson was appointed to the Board of Pelangio Mines in July 1997. He was formerly President and Director of Titan Uranium Inc. and was a director of Detour Gold from January 2007 until June 2010. Previously, he held the successive positions of VP, Exploration and Corporate Development with Claude Resources Inc. He was also Chief Geologist at the Kid Creek Mine for Falconbridge and was a member of the committee for the development of National Instrument 43-101.

Ian A. Shaw, C.A.

Director

Ian Shaw is Managing Director of Shaw and Associates, a firm providing financial management services to emerging smaller public companies in the mineral exploration and mining business. He was CFO of Pelangio Mines until June 2008, following which he joined the board of Pelangio Exploration.
