Position: President & Chief Executive Officer, Director
Ms. Hibbard has spent her life in the mining industry, beginning with Ingamar Explorations Limited, an exploration company formed by her parents, which acquired large tracts of exploration land, including land surrounding Detour Lake. Ms. Hibbard is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Pelangio Exploration Inc. and was the Chief Executive Officer of PDX Resources Inc. (formerly Pelangio Mines Inc.) from 1997 to 2009. Ms. Hibbard has played a key role throughout the history of the Detour Lake mine property including as President of Pelangio-Larder Mines Limited which, in 1998, acquired the property under a joint venture with Franco-Nevada Mining Company Limited from Placer Dome (CLA) Ltd. (now Goldcorp) up to Pelangio's sale of the Detour Lake assets to Detour Gold Corporation in 2007. Ms. Hibbard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario and is called to the Bar in both Ontario and Manitoba. Ms. Hibbard's law practice focused on mining and securities law, with clients ranging from junior exploration companies to major mining companies.

Mr. Mosher is a geologist and director of Pancontinental Uranium Corporation, Roscan Minerals Corporation, Harvest Gold Corporation, and former President and CEO (1992-2008) and director (1988-2008) of High River Gold Mines Ltd., and former director of Equinox Minerals Limited (2004-2011) and Mines/PDX from October 2003 to March 2009. Mr. Mosher has a BSc from Acadia University.

Position: Director, President, Clarke Phillips Supply
Mr. Nurmi is a retired BCom graduate of Queens University with a CPA, CA designation, and past Chairman and President of Clarke Phillips Supply Co. Ltd., from 1986 to 2012 and former director of Mines/PDX from July 1997 to March 2009.
|David K. Paxton|
Mr. Paxton brings over 30 years of combined experience in the mining industry and capital markets. Mr. Paxton currently serves on the boards of two companies in the natural resource sector and has had extensive exposure to financial markets. David has recently held positions as Chief Executive Officer of Vatukoula Gold Mines, a publically listed gold mining company with operations in Fiji, and Chief Executive Officer of Sumin Resources, a private gold exploration company operating in Suriname, South America. Mr. Paxton is a mining engineer and holds a South African Mine Managers Certificate. David has gained vast experience in overseeing mining operations during his involvement in the South African and international mining industry. David's cumulative experience as a Senior Mining Analyst for a Hichens Harrison & Co. PLC, and other significant roles at Union Capital Markets, Sectram Limited PLC, C.M. Oliver (UK) Ltd, Yorkton Securities Inc., and Ed Hern, Rudolf Inc., has proven successful to numerous financings for junior mining companies, both Canadian and United Kingdom based. David is currently a non-executive director of Kalahari Copper Ltd.

Mr. Shaw is a BCom graduate of Trinity College, University of Toronto, a CPA, CA and Managing Director of Shaw & Associates, providing financial management services as a consultant, sometimes in the capacity as an officer or director, to a number of mineral resource companies. Positions as a director have included Metallica Resources Inc. (January 1994 to June 2008) and Capital Gold Corporation (March 2006 to August 2009) and Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. (March 2010 to February 2014) and, as an officer, Unor Inc. (May 2005 to November 2008) and Richmond Minerals Inc. (October 2008 to April 2011). He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Olivut Resources Ltd. He was Chief Financial Officer of Mines from 1995 to June 2008 and director Mines/PDX from June 2008 to March 2009.
|Kevin P. Thomson, P.Geo.|
Mr. Thomson is a senior mining professional with 29 years' experience, including international technical, corporate and project management experience in West Africa and Canada. His experience ranges from project generation and grass-roots exploration to resource development, project assessment and due diligence. Kevin previously resided in Ghana for 12 years, during which time he served as Group Exploration Manager at Perseus Mining Limited and Regional Exploration Manager at Newmont Mining Corp. Kevin holds an Hons. BSc. Geology & Physical Geography from McMaster University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (#0191).
